Our Story: A Family Journey through ABA Content:
- The Catalyst: The Behavior Coach wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born in our living room. Our family knows firsthand the challenges of the autism journey. We were thrust into a world of complex systems and a steep learning curve to find the support our family deserves.
- The Team: Watching these challenges inspired my daughter, Yomaris, to take action. She has served as a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the past three years. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in ABA and Special Education to become a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- The ‘Why’: We realized that becoming an RBT shouldn’t be a confusing or lonely process. By combining our clinical expertise with our experience as a ‘spectrum family,’ we created a training program that balances the rigorous science of behavior with the heart required to truly make a difference.
